CHAD ALLEN
Founder / President
Chad Allen is originally from a small town in Northern Michigan. He completed high school in Fort Lauderdale and then moved to Seattle to obtain his Business Administration degree at the University of Washington. He then returned to South Florida and completed his MBA at Florida Atlantic University. Chad then moved into commercial real estate development for six years, working as an owner’s representative, completing several mixed-use developments in Fort Lauderdale. Chad then transitioned into the marine industry in 2008 and spent the next nine years gaining in depth knowledge of tank and ventilation system maintenance as well as protective epoxy coatings. In August of 2017 Chad founded Coastal Tank, LLC and is hands on in all aspects of the business. Chad is married to Amanda Allen and they have two sons, Chase and Mason. In his spare time Chad enjoys spending time with his family, offshore fishing, kiteboarding and golfing.
DAVID SILNICKI
Managing Supervisor
Dave has been in the marine industry for a majority of his career, spending his time completing maintenance work on vessels, captaining offshore fishing boats and supervising yacht rehab and maintenance projects. Dave has been with Coastal Tank since the inception in 2017 and is an integral member of the team. He has excellent mechanical and construction skills and is responsible for the execution of the service offerings and managing the crews, vehicles and jobs. Dave takes pride in his problem solving skills, professionalism and finding solutions for our customers. In his spare time you can find Dave spending time with his daughter, Carlee (12), going to theme parks, fishing, or eating BBQ food.
CASEY BILL
Senior Foreman
Casey has spent a majority of his career working in construction, while gaining experience and skills in leadership and job oversight. He joined Coastal Tank in 2018 and is responsible for making sure the jobs run smoothly and executing on the mission to provide the highest quality leaning and maintenance services below deck. He also strives to provide the best experience for superyacht customers and prioritizes delivering excellency. Casey has exceptional technical skills and his hobbies include mechanical and welding work as well as working on cars and motorcycles. In his free time you can also find Casey spending time outdoors with his family, which includes his wife Melyssa, son Tyler (15) and daughter Kaity (13).
